특정한 최단 경로 - 1504번

풀이 방법

bfs를 이용해서 최단 경로를 구하는 메소드를 만들어서 

1 -> v1 -> v2 -> N

1 -> v2 -> v1 -> N

두 가지 경로로 나눠서 계산해주었다.
